All Care Dental is looking for a Dental Front Office Patient Coordinator. The responsibilities include preparing and issuing invoices and submitting insurance claims, for dental procedures. running credit card payments, posting payments, recare and hygiene schedules. Knowledge of centric ascend is a big plus and inputting patient data on computer is necessary. Must be a team player, adaptable, fast learner and able to start new tasks for the betterment for the office. Lastly, be able to help back office when needed. Also any additional duties may arise when asked my office manager.

Requirements:

An experienced candidate who is friendly.
At least 2 years of front desk appearance in a relevant dental office setting.
Knowledgeable about dental insurance billing, insurance aging, patient aging reports, and can manage A/R for the office.
A fast learner who is knowledgeable and understanding of front desk responsibilities.
Experienced in Dentrix would be desirable.

Responsibilities:

Calling patients.
Checking patient eligibility.
Insurance verification.
Be available to answer any patent questions that arise.
